Headlight fogging

Do the Nissan cars suffer from the UV fogging of the plastic headlight covers?

I see someone on ebay is selling the "cleaner/restorer". I saw an episode of Autoweek, and it didn't look lilke it was much fun to do this after fogging ocurred.

My Nissan Van is 4 Years old and the lights are still very clear. I wouldn't run and buy the cleaner IMO. I would try toothpaste first, you would be surprised how well it works to polish up the lights.
