headlight cleaning

hmm ive searched to no avail. can anyone point me to a thread or tell me how to pop the headlights so i can clean them. the yellow crap on it is pissin me off. thanks all. take care

I've heard of people popping them in the oven to weaken the glue so you could pull them apart.. That was on glass headlights though.

Don't know if it is suggestable with the USDM plastic ones..

i think you can jsut use poilsh on the outside to work i was goint o buy some yesterday but put it back cuz i kept sayin "sr,sr,sr,sr..." in my head need to save every penny.my friend used a heat gun to melt that glue stuff on his civic then jsut pushed it back together worked really good
