A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

My headlamp glass pulls easily off the plastic backing for the driver's side enclosure, I just found out...

Any ideas on what type of adhesive or epoxy I can use to seal it back up again?

Any type of Epoxy that says it will bond polycarbonate (also called lexan), they usually come in two different tubes and you have to mix it before applying it.

here is a popular one

try looking in walmart or when in doubt you can always go into a hardware store and ask them for epoxy / chemical bond to use on lexan / polycarbonate

Thanks, but I don't want a permanent seal. These lights are meant to be disassembled in the event that repairs are necessary...

I'd probably go with something that has a thicker viscosity to it... possibly even a silicone. It'll hold it together, prevent it from leaking, wont get too messy, and will pull apart when you need it to.

Do you think a standard RTV would work?

i haven't used RTV, but yeah i was under the impression that you needed a permanent seal.. my bad. i would agree with papasmurf2k3 because i know how easy it is to handle silicone, i would still check with a experienced hardware store guy.. lol

Most likely, yes. They make a clear RTV (I think) for general adhesive purposes. I'd wipe the area down with some alcohol before applying though. Good luck! Take pics if you can.
