When lights are on bright other drivers don't even flash theirs. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone now how to fix problem?

Are the basic low beams bright? Are the lens dull? If not check alternator output, maybe a dying alternator if all the lights are dim. otherwise maybe it is time for some new headlights.

My 96 HB is the exact same way. Having had no other major problems, it seems that it's just old, dull lamps that need replacing. That'll happen soon...once I replace my cracked radiator fan, cracked windshield, broken mirror, and anything else that appears before then.

When I replaced mine I found that the reflective coating on the back of the "sealed" headlight had come off... you could actually see through the back of the headlight. I upgraded to Silverstars and it made a major difference.

Super easy... a few screws is it. Instructions are in your owner's manual starting on page 7-21. If you're like me and the manual was missing when you bought the truck, you can download a .pdf copy at http://www.nissan-techinfo.com

Installed the Silverstars today, will try them out tonight. From what I've seen so far, though, it makes a world of a difference.
