Ok, I finally got my engine back together, everything, no new probs arose. Well when I went to put the bolts in that go in through the head, into the front cover, I discovered when putting my front cover into place, it moved the head gasket back a little bit. Not to much, but maybe 1/8 inch or so. Far enough so now I can't get the bolts through. How would I go about pushing it back into place without haveing to take everything back apart?Ryan

how could that have happened? there are dowels built into the block to keep the head gasket aligned... if the bolts wont go in, youve got more problems than that. that means the pistons arent going to move without totally destroying the head gasket as well...

No, it didnt get moved that far. I allready got the head in. But I installed a whole new timing set. The bolts I can't get in are the ones that go through the head, into the front cover. BTW: if it helps, i have the KA24E.Ryan
