Has anyone replaced thier gauge cluster? Please Help, I have removed one from a parts car just by cutting the wires. The connectors are super tight and Im worried about breaking it, is there a trick to removing them or am I just retarded? I really do not want to break it before I get it installed and I didn't want to cut and solder the connections in my z but I will If I have to what do you guys suggest?

The plugs on the back of the clusters can be hard to pull after not being touched for so long, but they will eventually pull out just make sure your pressing the one plastic tab thing down that latches them in.

There are actually clips on both sides of the plugs that have to be pressed in. I fought with it for a while before I noticed them. Hold them both in and wiggle like crazy. The plugs, not yourself
