I'm not talking about wussy, commercial hardcore. I'm talking about "skate or die", "straight edge", "don't fake the punk" kind of hardcore. I'll list my favorites:

Anyone else have anything to add?

Bump for an oldie but goodie...

My first show when I was 15 was, Fastbreak, Ensign, Floorpunch.

Tiger, I've seen over half the bands you've listed live.

I have since stopped picking up on newer bands, been listening to more of a variety of stuff.

How about some...

Going to see Madball, Poison the Well, Vision, Crime in Stereo, Terror, Death Before Dishonor, This is Hell, and a few other bands July 10th.

Poison the well is doing a 10 for $10 tour this summer. Check it out.

Forgot about this thread. So we do have some fans on here. Awesome. Best show I ever went to: Casey Jones, Evergreen Terrace, and Kids Like Us all at one show. If you don't know these bands, you need to... especially Casey Jones and Kids Like Us.

Vision of Disorder was my first show at the Whisky-a-go-go. Being from LA I got really involved with the hardcore scene 1998-2003 this was back when Incubus was just starting to blow up. Some of these artists were local and some were national

VODFlambookey*20 Dead Flower ChildrenFrontsideFiascoAllergicDeepdownIncubus*RefusedDepswaOne Side Zero*The Apex Theory**American Nightmare

This is just a fraction of the bands that were apart of the amazing hardcore scene we had. Unfortunately like all good things do, it died off.
