Greddy's Service sucks = Refund on Turbo Kit

I called Greddy today in hopes of finding out when the KA turbo kit that I ordered 3 weeks ago is going to ship since it was supposed to ship out 2 weeks ago around 9/25. It was a simple question and the prick at the other end of the phone line gave me an attitude. I DO NOT like to be accused of an attitude or treated like a dumb ricer kid when I spend $3000 on a product and I'm 21. So all I can say is F-CK GREDDY. Do not buy your turbo kit from them. I am fully turned off GREDDY's products now. How hard is it to treat a customer that gave you his/her hard earned money and treat them with even an ounce of respect? I knew I would regret buying this kit.

that sucks, but what I would do is always get the name of the employee. Ask to speak to the supvisor or call greddy corporate headquarters. File a complaint (ideally record the conversation) giving them the date and time of the phone call (they make keep records) and the type of comments the employee made. I actually got a woman who answered the phone at walmart fired because she was EXTREMELY rude to me on several occasions. I had the date and time of the phone calls, they looked it up and found that the same woman was working all those times, and she had answered the phone at those times, and gave her the boot. And that way no one else will have to put up with this kids crap either!gotta regulate.:-)

I hear ya with customer service, if its one thing I hate, its giving my money to someone who treats me like an idiot. Bad service will get you nowhere. I'll gladly pay a higher price for the same product if the service is better.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience man... that's one reason why I didn't want to fork out the $3,000 for this kit just yet because I had a feeling shipments would be delayed. Greddy isn't the only one that's behind in shipping turbo kits - nsport is pretty much the same.

I just wish there's some sort of deal with dealers where you could put a 10% deposit on a turbo kit with a written contract saying that it'll be delivered within a certain time period and pay the rest on delivery or else you can cancel the order without penalty. That way you don't have to give dealers a few grand to hold on for a few months = Money spent elsewhere.

Yeah... its a bunch of BS dealing with this kind of crap. I know there are a lot of die hard Greddy/Trust loyalists so its not like my one experience can bring them down or anything. I just hope I can show other people my experience so they don't have to deal with it. In any case I'm going to start looking for new turbo kits.

bruinbear- I like the idea but it probably just won't happen.

well sadley enough thats how most of the companys out there are man.. I bought a s13 front clip from Unstable Hybrids in April, and they "lost" the clip i payed for, and i had to fight with them to get my money back, they brought up there contract every time to the credit card company "sale is final" "no refunding" so basicaly half a year l8er, and thank god for my dad being a customer of American Express Gold for 22 years.. everything worked out fine and i got the full amount of money back!.. I lost more sleep over the whole deal, and had more arguements with my mother and father.. So i kno how u feeling, and i can deffinitly relate to you.. customer service doesnt care about you after they got the money.. for example with unstable.. once they got my money.. i never got a phone call back from them, b4 that tho it was almost daily with engine updates!!!
