greatest warranty ever?

so when i got my car the guy pulled me aside away from my mom and was like " you know your warranty covers alot of stuff, including tunner stuff, just tell the dealership you got it and they will ok it" that kind of blew my mind, did anyone else get this.

might want to get that in writing, but also he might be referring to Nissan and Nismo parts which would cost you arm + leg + kidney thru the dealer. not to mention what they would probably charge you for install.

I agree. Get this in writing if they're truthful about it, because no manufacturer honors warranties when you've modified a car using parts that aren't made by them and installed by their trained technicians.

The only leg you have to stand on is that a manufacturer (or it's representitives - the dealerships) are required by law to prove that the modification caused a malfunction before they can say it's not covered under warranty. This prevents them from saying your water pump broke because you changed your wheels, etc.

BTW - I have no idea where Romeoville is, but I work for Sony and I know that we have a huge camera distribution warehouse there. LOL.

its a tiny burb by chicago and joliet, lot of versas in my town though so it aint that bad
