Government offering $ to Rogue owner

I've heard from radio and Nissan concessionaire that the Canadian government is offering a good amount (more than $1,000) to the Rogue owners because the car is good ecologically. In the last few days, I've searched a way to claim it, but it's vain.If you know anything about this, it would be great if you could share with us. Thank you in advance.
