Got to sell my 720

Something bad happened in the engine! I was pulling out from a parking spot, and it started knocking really badly, and lost power. Sound seems to be coming from the bottom end, back toward the firewall. Starts fine, runs smooth when cold and the choke is on, idles a bit rough once warmed up, knocks really badly and has lost a lot of power under any load.

I don't have anyplace to work on it inside, and have never done any engine rebuilding, so time to let it go. I'd prefer to sell it whole, but if there are no takers, I may part it out...

Located in Slippery Rock, PA about 50 miles north of Pittsburgh.

44,040 original miles.
Interior original
flex pipe, muffler and right front brake caliper and pads replaced last October
New (less than 2K miles) cooper weathermaster 195/75 R14 tires on front axle.
Older tires on rear.
Rotor, Distributor cap, wires and plugs just replaced.
Pennsylvania inspection good through 11/2012

$1200 or best offer above scrap price.

I just got a request for me to part out the carb in a private message. Apparently I haven't used the forum enough to be allowed have permission to create or reply to private messages.
I will certainly sell off parts before sending it for scrap, but will give the postings (here and on craigslist Pittsburgh) a chance to find someone who wants the truck complete.
