The question is how much will it cost you to restore [to like new performance] the car at 100K and maintain it until 200,000 miles .................
Things like HVAC, alternator, rad, suspension [shocks et al], fuel pump, and transmission and maybe driveshaft, wheel bearings, valve train shims, etc, etc.
There is an acurarial reason why legitimate companies don't cover beyond 100k.Unfortunately more than half the premium goes to sales expense.
Only Nissan can WARRANTY a Nissan, every other [non Nissan] insurance policy is called a vehicle service contract
