New guy on the forum, got my first 240 a few months back. Its a 90 base model hatch, rebuilt SR20det, CX racing FMIC, HKS BOV, Ralco short shifter, battery relocated, and cheap coilovers. First time to the track I ran a 15.017 @98 mph and 2.5 60ft on 7lbs boost. Since then I have added a MBC, J30 VLSD, Solid diff bushings, and a walbro 255 fuel pump. I haven't decided where to set the boost for this weekend, going to be somewhere between 12-14 lbs. I'm hoping for a mid 13 sec pass. You guys think thats going to happen?

Did you dyno the car to know how much power you're putting down and if the engine was build to withstand that amount of boost?

It's a stock rebuild with ARP head studs and rocker arm stoppers. I'm good to 400hp as long as the tune is good. But I'm still running the stock t25 right now at 14psi. AFRs are good. Motor is fine. I did kill the clutch on my second run that night. Ran a 13.979 @ 99.76 Mph with 2.2 60 ft. on first run. I'm waiting on my sprung 6 puck to get here now, and will be installing my act streetlite flywheel with it. I will have my nismotronic board by next March when the track opens back up so it will be tuned. Hoping for low 13s. Then when I get my injectors, maf, and turbo upgrade my end goal is 11.99 with this car.

Edit: this car will never see a dyno, I don'tcare what numbers it puts down iI care about how fast it is. I will be doing data log runs on the highway to tune it myself like I do with my bikes.

What's your altitude? I ask because I run a 13.7 at 101 on 11lbs.

Altitude at the track is 1002ft. What turbo are you running? If you have a T28 it should push a little more air than my T25 so it would make more power with less boost.

My exhaust is a little restrictive I think also. It has a 3" downpipe and pipes all the way back. But it has two mufflers for some reason, it has a flowmaster knockoff in the middle and a import muffler on the back. I'm going to be cutting the flowmaster knockoff off soon. That should help the turbo spool a little sooner.
