Glowing 300zx center panel help

Hey guys,Need some help with doing this. I am getting a spare center panel in case while I am doing this it cracks or whatever else might happen. Anyways,I can't find a larger enough el panel to fit the area. Also is there any videos out there of someone doing this? I found the text tut on TT.net but I want something visual :p Any help would do wonders.

Interesting idea. I've never seen this done. What colour are you making it light up? Are you cutting out the lettering and lighting that?

You pretty much open up the center panel and put an led panel or sometime of light to make it glow and it causes light to come from the 300zx logo. I can link you to the thread on tt forums.

I checked a few electronic parts retailers I thought would have EL strips, without any luck. Have any luck finding some?

If you can't find them, perhaps use Led strips with some type of light defuser.
