im trying to get my a-pillar and gauges installed before my upcoming show. however, i dont have the time or money to take it to a "install shop" so if they arent too overly difficult to install, ill try to do it myself. here's what i have....

1. a/f gauge2. transmission temp gauge3. voltmeter4. and the a-pillar

these are autometer cobalt series gauges if that matters. can anyone give me some advice so i can get these babies installed??

The stock a-pillar trim is held in place by metal clips. Pull and it'll snap off.

Voltmeter's easy: find an easily accessible wire that's hot when the key is turned to on or acc. Should be plenty to split off from under the dash.

I'm not sure if the trans has a temp sensor or not from factory...

I'm not quite sure on the a/f gauge. Hopefully someone else who has done that can chime in.

doesnt a/f tap into your O2 sensor?yes it does you need to connect it to power, ground, and your O2 sensor signal. theoretically that is, i have never installed one beforegood luck
