Gas - regular vs premium

I was reading today in the forum someone puts Premium in his car. So do you put Regular or Premium?

Also, I just thought of something. Do you have nitrogen or oxygen filled tires?

I have an 08 versa and I run regular fuel in it and it causes no problems.The onlt time i ran premium through it ,was when premium was going for the same price as reg at a 7-11 i use to get all my gas from,cause the store was gettign rid of there pumps.

As for the tires,,,you don't need Nitrogen.If it was a Hi-performance car,I'd see putting nitrogen into the tires.But it isn't so don't waste your money.IMO

Regular unless we're filling up with the company card.. I don't think there is an advantage to using premium in the V. My only requirement is using Shell gas.
