Does everyone use the Nissan Fuel filters or aftermarket?

Never had a problem with the genuine nissan filter. remember, it's under 38-52 psi all the time. sure don't want that b**** to leak.
I believe the current p/n is: NISS #16400-41B1A
the suffix has evolved a few times over the years.

Always used a factory one. If youre going to try to save $10 bucks on a part you change once every 3 to 5 years then good luck with that approach

Hey, I’d rather have a OG, when I go to Suburban Infiniti, the guy doesn’t ever want to look up a part for a 95, if he does he says no one wants it so they don’t stock it. I ended up getting the Nissan oil filters off Amazon.

in our instant gratification, throw away society it's rare to find someone willing to do research. It doesn't surprise me that the local parts weenie is uninterested in a 25 year old car.
Why I make it a point to know more about my car and what i'm looking for than any 'parts' guy. I'm not an a**, but I know that I have to be my own advocate on this kind of stuff, because it's unlikely to end up successful if I'm not.
Might be worth using an online parts catalogue (or asking here) for the actual part number, then it's pretty straightforward to google search for a vendor.

I’ll hit the dealer, They usually send me to a Nissan dealer out on the east side, I’ll post what I find.

I just looked, I have a Fram in there now. Metal case, I thought it was factory.

I have a Fram o there now, it’s been on for a while, I hardly drive the car, it hasn’t leaked. That’s what this question was about, what’s a fuel filter, $10. It’s not about saving money, it’s about finding the part.
It’s easier to find parts for my 78 TA than the Infiniti.
