Awesome! Looking for some work? We need to find a less expensive way to fix my Mother's '51 Ford F1... Needs the pitman arm replaced with something that actually fits the frame...

so, i didnt crash. yay!

I'm still not sure if it was worth the drive and the $50. Especially since I was freezing on the drive home with no heat and I just got home. everything just didnt work out for me today. between my stripped lug nut, the freezing cold and not being able to see through my windshield for the last 2 runs (out of 4 total...).. i dunno...

I still did have fun though. Although I was really nervous to get back out there again, I'm glad I did.

Yeah I would love to see some pictures too. I was curious to see how this one turned out, it sounded like a fun trip to take. I had another surgery so I was out of commission all week & weekend. They managed to screw up my right shoulder and I haven't even wanted to try to shift again yet. I may have to go automatic one day just because of this damn shoulder... I guess I will just have to do what I have to do.

I hope everything went great and much fun was had!

I'm sure there were... I've been wanting to do some motor sports photography just to try it out but things just keep coming up. Oh well right? Can't wait to see some pictures. Glad you had a good time short of the no heat/defrost thing. I bet that was a pain.

Jesus, no offense kelsey, but it's ALWAYS an excuse with you... your driving was COMPLETELY unimpressive, and quite frankly, crap, it was a drift event, and not a grip event... with all the game you talk about being a mad tyte drifter, you should be able to drift a 1979 ford pinto... always, "oh, i had an open diff, this or that"... granted you're out there, and you're trying, just like the rest of us, but man, some times you need to shut up about whole drifting thing. for the next event, you should have a welded, get that SR in there and then SHRED.... sorry for being a$$, otherwise, it was nice seeing you and mike again, though ya guys didn't really hang out too too much, should have pitted down by us!

granted EVERYONE had a bad day out there, including myself, as i drove like total crap, but i choked under pressure except on the last qualifying run, where i laid down a 100ft wall of smoke you could have cut like a loaf of bread... and my final fun run i squeezed in at the end when they have 15 minutes of open practice, i f***ing murdered it out!!

that being said. Kelseys right about $50 being kind of a waste, it was all back a** wards there, they tried to run it like a "real" drift comp, but after the top two drivers in the state, put there car in the wall, everyone in the advanced class decided "i'm going to beginner class so i don't have to drive the bank"

it was cool, competing in the begginer class with FD and D1 drivers, there was a LOT of people in beginner that were sand bagging like a mo fo, and should NOT have been in beginner....

i want my money back, i didn't want tp spend $300 to make 6 runs less than 1 minute long against Formula Drift drivers....
