The following things have failed or cause problems; fuel tank quantity indication never shows full, even with fuel in the filler neck (the last part of filling the tank is soooo slow; drivers door lock actuator failed (wouldn't open on the key-fob); drivers seat creaks ( I am not a heavy person); the seat-belts are slow to retract; the drivers side headlight low beam failed; clicking sound from rear end on accelerate de-celerate. What's next?
Sorry, I forgot one--the tire pressure warning frequently tells untruths and makes me check the tires more often than I need to.

You didn't mention how many miles are on your G but I just traded in my 06 G35 Sedan with 171796 miles 3 weeks ago. It was the best and most reliable vehicle I ever owned. It was going to need a new set of brakes with possible rotor replacement, it was beginning to leak differential fluid out of the seal, and it had a drivers side headlight that would go out at times because it needed a ballast replacement. I also replaced 6 tire pressure sensors most under warranty during the years I had the car.
I decided rather than sink between one and two thousand dollars into a vehicle with that much mileage I traded it in.
In your case with a 9 year old vehicle you would have to expect to sink some $$$ into it from time to time.
Take it to a dealer and get an estimate for all of your issues.
A brand new vehicle comes with all new parts and a warranty.
Just my $.02
Good luck
