FX35 door rattle

I'm trying to locate a rattle inside the front passenger door of my '05 fx. Dealer tech says there is nothing inside which could rattle unless a tool or debris was left inside during a previous repair. Is there a step-by-step guide to pulling off the door panel? Thanks for any help with this.

I assume you're out of warranty? If not, I would push the issue a little more with the dealership. Infiniti has had a rash of issues with door trim and window regulators in recent years. I hear it sometimes in our G35, and fixed 90% of it after adding some felt where the door finishers clip over the door near the windows. I didn't want to take a chance on the dealership guys messing something else up...

For step by step removal instructions, download your FSM (Factory service manual) at PhatG20.net and google some freeware to decompress the .rar file that you'll get. You can also check http://www.infinitihelp.com for TSBs (technical service bulletins) that are essentially fixes for issues that are common and have been developed by the factory to cure them.
