Hi guys,

New to the forum but am just at wits end. I recently got a 92 300zx tt and as I went to start it it cranks but won't start. I checked the fuel pump relay and it was clicking in but has now stopped. Have traced it back to pin 18 on ecu and when I ground that pin it clicks in. Have no idea as to what to check next, was thinking the grounding pins out of the ecu, but would that make a difference? I need help I just want to hear her purr

Cheers in advance

I have no experience in that area, so my next step would be to look into the online service manual in the "everything you need to know about the Z32" sticky on top of the Z32 page and begin their testing and/or troubleshooting procedures. Most often ECU and other similar systems are best tested this way rather than any ability to diagnose from the unit itself via disassembly, word of mouth, etc.
Good Luck!
