Off the top of my head:

1- Check fuse2- If you disconnect the line coming from the pump into the fuel filter and no gas comes out when you turn the ignition on and crank the motor then check for voltage at the pump. Be very careful with gas fumes.3- No voltage on pump? Use an FSM to find out which ECU line is in charge of the pump relay and measure voltage there.4- No voltage on ECU? Possible fried ECU.5- Voltage on ECU? Find the pump relay and check that.

If you get voltage at the pump then it's probably either a bad pump, connect an external 12V source directly to the pump to make sure. If it doesn't work either, then the problem is the pump. If it works something on the system is not sending enough current to the pump (pump relay?)

That's all for now.
