Fuel pump not getting much voltage

Car: 1992 300zx na 5 speed with jdm late model motor swap

Hey all im new to this site i have a 1992 2+2 na 5 speed and i just did a swap do a jdm motor with the newer style injectors and ive done the oil pressure sensor wire extension and it turns over but the pump wont turn on. It came with a harness and ecu, checked the fuse and its good and the relay is only gwtting about 2.5v on the connected side and it clicks like its supposed to. The harnesss side at the pump is only getting .3 and .6 v at the small blue and small orange wires. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you may have a bad FPCU
