Hey fellas,

Leaving work one day and getting on an on ramp fuel psi drops to 0. Turn key off check for leaks and come up with nothing. Turn key psi is back car runs fine. Get home and have to run back out and now I have no psi and no pump noise. Have power and ground into the pump so I figure it's bad. Upgrade to an aem 340lp and hook everything back up and still nothing.......losing my mind and don't know where to go next. If anyone has had a similar issue please drop a line. Cars a 91 zxtt with aeromotive fpr and prostreet digital fuel gage.

Thanks!

Make sure the fuel pump controller is working and not failing. If you look in the manual, there should be some test procedures, hopefully.

thanks, that was the issue at first. had a smoked sotter pin on the board. re-sottered it to the board and pluged it in on thurs and boom back in business. go to start car on friday and no fuel psi again. tried by passing it and still no psi. check the relay behind the dead pedal and its working fine. the fuse in the engine bay is also working properly. dont know where to go from here.

Bump for a possible bad aem fuel pump? What are the odds it would only work one time?

**update**

pulled the pump out of the tank and had no current from the sender to the pump. replaced wire and sotter and were back online. has anyone ever replaced the rubber too and from lines from the sending unit??? me return is a little torn and the system does not hold psi over night(i.e.) go to start the next day with no fuel psi.

thanks!!!
