well, I have replaced the injector rings twice now on my 90 sohc, and it works fine for a couple months and just when i think that the problem is fixed for at least a while, i spring another leak. Could it be my fuel pressure regulator? Or could the fault lie in how i install the injectors and fuel rail? I try to press them into the rail slowly as to not rip the o-rings, and I tried to bolt the rail down evenly and slowly. Is there something i am missing? This is really frustrating, especially after i spent a month putting the new motor in and working out all the bugs. Sorry for the long post.

did you replace the injectors too, or just the o-rings?

yes, most recently i have replaced the injectors with rebuilt ones. And i can tell that the leak is not coming from the body of the injector but instead from the o rings

*edit- i have replaced the o-rings twice and the injectors once. With the new injectors, i put in new rings.***
