frontier rear axle

hello

my friend has frontier 2004 ka24de
the rear axle has sound very noise, then the rear axle stop and can not move
i do not know what is happen?
do he have to swap the rear axle or what?

Have you drained the fluid to see what that looks like? Does it have fluid in it?

no , the fluid is good
but it can not move
and it has noise sound before
