Almost all mystery roll-down problems which can't be traced to a fob are caused by a bad door cylinder switch, either mechanically-failed or invaded by moisture. Try replacing the switch if it's separate (some of the oldies were) or the lock assembly if it isn't. If it has two switches (driver and passenger) try snipping or unpinning the switch ground on the passenger side and see if the misbehavior stops, that will reveal which one is the culprit.
