Has anyone seen anything? Has any company come out with these? How much bigger is the distance between strut towers, between the G37 and M37? I can't seem to find anything. Power is one thing, but you have to have handling.

I was talking to a guy about fitting this a while back. I'll reach back out and see if we can get the ball rolling again.

I shot an email to Tanabe-usa. I like hitting turns, and I hate body roll. Let me know what's up. I'm already in

Are the sway bars on the M37 versus the M37S the same size? There is one stateside company that might be interested in making some suspension parts..... BMR in Tampa, Florida..... Front/Rear Sway Bars and strut tower bars as well as transmission/drive shaft braces and chassis braces..... Usually they will need a local car to use as a template and for measurements..... They also make other suspension parts as well..... They did this for the Pontiac G8, and there were fewer of those cars than the M37...... Remember, they are looking for numbers to make it cost efficient to produce..... SPOHN also makes similar parts.

We need to find someone. It's overdue.

The only parts I think that the M37S needs would be a strut tower brace and chassis braces.... BTW, I drove the M37 base.... I love the ride and thought the handling was great. Almost tempted to put my M37S up for sale... At 64 and with medical problems (hip/back) the base might just be what I need.

Finally found this old topic, looks like the rear is OK but the front didn't fit for some reason.

I guess the X models have good bars from the factory? I wouldn't mind some strut bars, at least for the front. That and coilovers + great tires = handling on rails.

I saw this http://www.tanabe-usa.com/rnd/post/Upda ... eeded.aspx

I wish I lived in California. I'm trying to measure and see how much difference it is between the strut towers of a G37 and M37. Plus looking at engine clearance. Going through withdrawal over here.

I'm closer and would definitely take the trip if I could. :chuckle: But sadly, life is too busy for me to be able to afford such a thing.

If this is the guy in the Y50 forum, it was due to interest. I think the thread you posted in (below) is that same guy he's talking about.

I would be in for a one-piece. The multi-piece, adjustable ones defeat the purpose of a brace imo. I had a solid-aluminum one from Alutec. Maybe I can reach out to them about it.

I reached out to Circuit Sports and Tommy said that if there was an interest, they would consider making parts for the M but no guarantees. I linked this thread for him to read. As I mentioned earlier, I had a nice one-piece aluminum front strut brace that I had on my G, which imo, is superior than any multipiece set-up as far is rigidity is concerned.

I'd be interested if the part was $100 or so...but not $400-500. I remember I had a $20 bar from EBay on my Maxima...worked just fine.

As long as it isn't ridiculously priced. Tanabe has them decently priced on the website for other cars.
