Front Mount Question?

alright im new to the CA18 scene so bare with me please?

i know you can buy the S14 Intercooler kit and trim the pipes a little, but is that for the S14 SR or S14 KA kit? I do know they sell CA18 kits on eBay for a little more but im on a tight budget

so what would you guys suggest be the best route i take at this, besides saving the cash for the CA18DET kit lol

BTW, i have an S13..sorry about that :-P

I bought an s13 SR kit and modified the cold pipe to work (i had some extra pipes laying around). HOWEVER I have an sr20 t25 turbo and it has a different compressor outlet pipe (the one that connects the turbo to the IC piping). It goes straight up rather than at an angle like the CA outlet so it matches up perfectly to the hot pipe... or at least DID until I installed an SSAC mani had to shorten the hot pipe 2 inches and it changed how my exhaust "sat".

Lots of other people get the S14 SR kit and seem to be happy with em.
