front left suspension damage

the left front has lower control arm and torsion bar damage any recommends for low cost replacements and also i saw a 1989 240 z in the salvage yard will that lower control arm work ???

most took out the torsion bar with a bend to the control arm

is this a suiation that just replace and get new align for car

you left out some info, I'm guessing the car with the bent lca is the 86 z31 in your bio? which means you need a donor lca from an 84-86 Z31, and that 89 240Z you saw was an 89 240SX, which has nothing in common with a 240Z

ur so right it was 240sx so back to the drawing board the torsion bar was snapped and the control arm was lightly bent
