front fog lamp control?

does anyone know how to mod the fog light so they can come on with the parking lights are on. ( being able to turn the fog lights on without the HID lowbeams)

is there a way to do a fuse tap ? or some of sumularity?

if you jerry rig a lot of things you could wire them up to the parking lights and possibly plug a bigger fuse into it. there are risks with that... like fires if something blows wrong or if to much power blows the lights. and of course the fact that if one is on the others are on. there are other threads around for this too.
