I've owned 7 Bmw's 1976 530i1984 528e1989 525i1990 535i1997 528i2000 323i

I've now switched to the FX35. I loved my Bimmers especially my fives, but drove the 530i, X5 and liked the FX 35's driving and styling better. Couldn't beat the grip, speed and cornering of the FX IMHO.

I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about those cars from the forums available and hope to do the same here. Not much to chat about other than I'm looking forward to some information on improving what I feel is already is a great carrrr....err truck...err SAV...err SUV.

So Far so good. It's quick: (Outran my old BMW, 1997 528i, which I sold to my Cousin) Versitle: (Cleaned out and reorginized my garage with it and didn't break my damn back. Folding seats, easy access, etc)Great design: "Wow", "Pretty", "I was going to get one of those" Nav system is slower than my Garmin. Sound system is great. (Funk and rock never sounded better......) All in all it's working right so far. Gotta name it though. I always name the special cars. They kinda have to earn it. My son names them for me. No name, No soul.....

Priors: "Blue Goose", " Silver Dragon", and the best so far " Ghost Dawg"

I installed Stillen's Brace and have the Cold air intake ready to install. I put some Dinan components on my BMWs and it was great. Hope the Stillen stuff is just as good. IF the intake works, I'll put Stillen manifold and exhaust on next.
