Do you think $210 for the pulley and a new belt is worth it ?

Is thsi for the 2.5 or the 3.5?

If its for the 3.5 there is no doubt its worth it.

If its for the 2.5 its open for discussion. You just opened up a sore wound. lol

There are a bunch of haters of the 2.5 pulley on here.(dj max)

Id get it if i had the money.

If you have basic mechanical skills, and some patience, replacing the pulley and belt are not difficult. If you can do your own oil changes, rotate your own tires, and know how to remove the inner fender panel (or can figure it out), then you can probably do it. If you can't do those, then don't attempt it!

Two things to watch for - you need a torque wrench (and knowledge of how to use it) when installing the new pulley, and you may need a high quality socket and breaker bar to get the old one off. Otherwise, follow the steps detailed by Dangeris on here, and you will 'git-r-done'. My 17-year-old installed mine, with guidance, and although he broke a socket and socket adapter during removal, the install process was very straightforward.

My pulley has been on for about 1500 km and no problems at all. In fact... it is invisible, except for the additional wheelspin!
