Anyone know if the FMAX downpipe will fit on the S13? The maniold that you can buy says 90-94 240SX...but the downpipe says 95-98. Any know if either of these will fit the S13?

They are considerably cheaper than the IAP manifolds and seem to be way better than RH. I found the manifold for 437 and the downpipe for 143....

I just realised I probably answered my own question as SloS13 seems to be using both on his S13...so Slo, any mods or anything need to be done to fit it correctly?

The dp i got was used and had a different flange on it, so i just got the original flange welded back on. Fits like a glove :)

Aleph, where'd you find the downpipe for 147? I'm thinking of getting one and if I have to modifying it to fit my IAP manifold...it should be pretty darn close.

http://www.zmotive.com/product.../186/ for downpipe.

Sweet, I think this will be my new mani/downpipe combo...That downpipe you have SloS13 looks kinda short, is there a pipe you still need in between the downpipe and cat?

Oh ya, does FMAX sell the intercooler kit for S13/S14 seperately? Dunno if its for S14 only, probably, if so I would need to mod the cold pipe right? Im debating whether to just get a Greddy VSPL for an S13 SR20 and just made the hotpipe or Fmax if its less work...

yeah tell me where you found those prices, I've only seen FMAX for closer to 500.Also, what turbo does that accomodate (T3/T4) I emailed a shop that sells them but they were no help at all.And its external wastegate, right? standard 2 bolt delagate/ 35mm tial, right?does it require retarded on center housing like revhard, or does it have any problems clearing brake hardware?

thanks!

mine seemed to come with a standard t3 flange, but the guy who sold it to me had a different flange welded on, but supplied the stock flange, so no problems there

my tial 35 bolted right up, its a good inch away or more from the master cylinder on my 5 speed

Awesome, thanks Aleph...hey, it bolts up just fine to a top mount right? I mean the mani looks like a top mount so...but the downpipes they show look like they are all for FWD cars so I cant tell exactly how it'd fit.

I bought the intercooler from Fmax separately. With all the piping and the intercooler, couplers, clamps, and oil lines and fittings to the turbo. It came out between $1000-1100.

Fits a top mount right? Probably a stupid question because I'm certain its a yes...but still.

I believe its top mount. The flange looks to be on the side of the manifold, in order to get the compressor side to face the front of the car, youd need to face the snail up. So its kinda like a side-mount, top-positioned manifold =)

Something else I just noticed, why is the wastegate flange on one of the runners? Wouldnt it be better to have it positioned so it gets an equal amount of exhaust from all the runners?

Either way it looks to be the best manifold for the money...
