Yea, I don't think you can get the right ones from Nissan. I never figured out wich ones they were anyway. The ones from a Pulsar certainly aren't right. Neither are the ones from a CA18ET. I gave up and tried a local fastener company. They were one step lower grade of bolt, but they've held up so far. I guess if the flywheel comes off and I loose my legs, I'll know not to do that next time.

All I know is I brought a factory bolt to the local fastener place (Daytona Nut and Bolt) and they got me a replacement. It's a grade 8 bolt with the proper length, width, thread pitch, and coarseness.

Chris, get me a set!!! I could only get the next grade down. I really don't trust these very much. They seem to be holding, but I haven't beaten on it much.

I've got the Nissan set too and yes, they look too short. I'll check around here for a fastener company that can get me them but assuming that doesn't work out I'd be interested in a set too.

i got grade 10.8 from a local fastener company in the right length, thread and everything. hell, i got them for free because no one buys the metric stuff there and they are trying to get rid of it.

Got a photo of them. If they are correct, I'll buy them from you. They are probably for the CA18DE pulsar which works perfectly for me.

Hey Dee, I've got a brand new set of pulsar flywheel bolts that I've never used (didn't work obviously). I'll give them to you if you send me a picture of how you mounted your Hall sensor and a little dough for shipping. Shoot me an email HERE

Here they are:http://home.comcast.net/~redamnavit/bolts.jpg

Much like hot dogs and buns, Nissan would only sell them in packs of 5 so I have 10 of them.

Do you happen to remember the thread pitch? I'm going to try ordering them from this place:

I'm sure I have a pitch gauge somewhere, just not sure where.
