damn this swap is killing i have no time to complete it. the car is running just the bolt under the waterpump that uses an allen wrench it leaking coolant and i went to try and loosen take the bolt out but the damn thing is so tight i striped the head of the bolt and dont know how to get it out anyone have any suggestions?? thats the last thing i need to do other than put insurance back on the car.

Allen wrench? Only thing on the car that takes an allen wrench is the headbolts... use a pair of vise grips...

no its not on the head trust me i know. if you take the water pump off you can see a bolt that goes inside a hole with an allen wrench head on it you cant use vise grips on it if you could it would have been out already.

here she is '89 w/ ka24de ~79,000 on engine. The bad: small exhaust leak at the moment, dent in rear quarter panal (easily fixable and i have the rear reflector read to go), paint about a 4 out of 10

damn i wish i hadnt bought my teg and saved up more money id be all over the s13 someone around here is selling a s13 for 900$ but he thinks the head gasket is blown.

I'm down for a SFL Nico meet, even though my Ka is completely disassembled. I should be finished with my S13 by the time D1 comes to Moroso witch will be in May. By the way I'll be going to the SFZCC BBQ in key biscayne December 8th, us Nico kids should meet up their. Anyone else thinking of going?

From the middle of nowhere....Sebring! Just got my hatch('90) about a month ago. Very litle rust,good interior and engine (the KA) runs fine. No money to do a lot to it yet but work out bugs(bad rotors,weird tail lights,no radio,). Once I get the bugs out ,the first fixes are with the suspension...at 55 the front bounces horribly! All the rubbers shot pretty much. A meet to anywhere is a two hour drive for me but good to know there are some other Floridians. There are at most two other 240's in Sebring(one '90 and one 96). Love seeing the other cars on the site. Something to shoot for with mine.......

yep...4 cracks!...I HAVE found a good used one though and a hatch with no rust(did not have a wing to begin with like mine did)...I think I'll hate changing that dash though!!!
