Curious what is going on here....I was driving down the interstate this morning and the Sealt Belt Indicator Light started flashing. It doesn't come on and stay on, it flashes. I've dealt with check engine lights that flash in past cars I've owned, and I know that a FLASHING light usually means something bad. I'm wondering if this light could be indicating something other than just a bad seat belt part or sensor. Does anyone know what this light could be triggered by. I know it comes on if you don't have the shoulder belt fastened (the belt that automatically moves onto your shoulder when you shut the door), but I've never seen the light FLASH when it come on. Basically, I just need to know if this car needs to be parked until this is fixed. Nothing happened when the light came on. No buzzers, or strange noises, no loss of power.....nothing. Kinda baffled about this one.

Shoved anything under the front seats lately?

Maybe you snagged a wire or 2 by accident.

You should have 2 connectors under your seat around the very center of the bottom cushion, maybe check and see if they are still connected?
