Flasher location???

I've never had to replace the turn signal flasher and have my column pulled apart.. I dont see it.. Please let me know where it is guys... The hazards work but the blinkers dont so I guess it is the flasher.. I just bought a generic from Napa Auto and need to know where to put this thing.. Getting annoyed. HELP!!

most cars have the flasher locates on or near the fuse panel, the fuse panel has relays on the front and back, most likely it's on the fuse panel
