Well i cranked my car over today for the first time, i just rebuilt the motor, and it wouldn't start. I have spark and fuel in the cylinders. The only thing we could find is that the compression was way abnormal. The first cylinder had ZERO compression NONE! The second and third had 110 compression. And the fourth had ZERO! what could cause this?? Its a new head gasket, so it cant be that. The head was torqued loosened, and then torqued again to specs. And the timing was triple checked... i dont know where to turn... i need some advise here. What could it possibly be?

Gotta have the cams off. Reset the timing chain and double verify before reassembly.

So the timing chain can cause no compression? Also, where did you get your s13 cartoon sig??

It still doesn't explain why i have zero compression. I dont understand what you mean by gotta have the cams off. i cant crank it over to check the compression without the cams, they attach to the timing chain. Or am i not understanding you?

If the timing is off, the valves will be open when they shouldn't- and therefore no compression. As far as the sig- it is pixel art, there are several posts on here about "pixel cars"

correct, if a valve is open when it should be compressing than the air escapes. but how can i test this?

Well, you could stick your ear up to the throttle body while someone cranks the engine- or you could remove the exhaust manifold and listen or feel for air coming out the exhaust side while someone cranks. Or you could just go ahead and tear it down like I said and fix the timing- because your timing is definitely off.

2projects2many Is correct. When you put the timing chain on you have to line up certin dots and sections of the chain. Check the tech pages for timing chain replacement and they will show you how to line things up.

You can have the Distributor pointing at #1 with the #1 cyl at TDC and if the Cam Is not lined up properly things won't work.

Bite the bullet and pull the timing cover and fix it right.
