First Posts Introducing the Longbed

Here we go! My second post. I joined up last summer and have mostly been studying the older Datsun forums gathering information needed to resurrect a nice '78 620 Longbed one-owner that I was lucky to bring to the driveway and our car family. She had a bent valve and I did a complete upper end and replaced all the hang-on goodies ( alternator, pumps, belts, hoses, etc). The little 5-speed runs nearly like a new one to me. I'm enjoying the heck out of getting acquainted with her.
Over Christmas holiday I acquired a NL320. Guess I'm a cerrtified Datsun truk nut. Let's see if i can attach an image.

I'll be back with more photos when I can verify that I know how to work it.
