Just trying to give this place some life. I know the car is new and there are only a couple forums out there, but there are a handful for the CLA250, GLA250 and their AMG sibling...

So I have had my '17 QX30S for a few weeks now... Finding a few little easy things to do to it to make it mine. more on that soon...

It had 11K on it and clean oil, but it was over the MAX line and I had no idea if it was 0/30 synthetic or something cheap...so I got myself 6 qts of 0w30 Mobil 1 and a new Mann filter, jacked her up and got it done in 30 minutes or so. Easy peazy!

Very good! No undercarriage cover in the way of the filter? (just curious for others) Does 30 minutes include purchase or disposal of the oil time?

The oil filter cartridge is accessed from the top. 25mm socket on the cover. Comes right up and doesn't leak all over the engine. Nice!
The bottom has a plastic covering over the drain pan. 3 quick 8mm bolts and it comes right off. It was pretty simple.
