Yeah, I lost all my torque too (which sucks since the QR was built for torque!). I can, however, chirp my tires going into 2nd gear like never before! I find that if I keep it between 2200 and 3000 it's not much louder than stock (provided I'm easy on the pedal, anyway).
I'm wondering if the headers will bring the torque back since that's where it's restricted now or if it would make it worse.. I think I lost my torque cause the exhaust is too open now.. So I'll probably get the headers when I find a new job, my old boss really F'ed me over, and can afford them again, and if that doesn't work I'lltry and crimp the pipe a little to help with the vacuum effect that I lost... It's sucks not having money.. Lol
Yeah I can chirp mine no problem too.. Lol I def gained high end hp but my car struggles sometimes until I hit peak torque at 3900 rpm and then she really pulls..lol
On the road trip I think I was hovering close to 3k going about 80mph or so, or whatever the 2.5 cruises at in 6th going that fast, and it was def louder than stock.. Lol
