Same. Soon as I finish my MR2 and give it a half of season of shakedown on it, I'm going to cage it for SCCA Improved Touring Class B. From there, Targa. It's a three year plan I'm working on due to mass averted funding for a complete class change of the Corolla..
I wanna do it in something ridiculous. Like a Crown Vic.

A meet at deal's gap. I was wondering why this forum didn't have one. The R1forum I used to frequent had meets there before they reduced the speed limit 10mph. What is it now, 35?

Have fun everyone and don't practice the drifting. I'd hate for anyone to bin their cars.

Well so far for me...
I'm going to arrive Friday and probably fall out from the 14 HR drive.

Saturday BBQ/Car show/swap meet and photos etc
Then go for a cruise on the dragon.

Saturday night hangout maybe a drink or two.

OR (no drinking and driving )

If you guys are interested a midnight run on the dragon. The mini guys do this looks pretty interesting.

Sunday maybe checkout the Cherohala skyway or the moonshiner 28/82 or the Devils Triangle.

But I'm not sure because Lakapooloza is going on up there.
But I'm thinking Def Saturday we'll do our BBQ, unless somebody has a good idea. LMK.

Monday I'll be heading back home around. Noon.
I've got a 14 HR trip.

What's everybody else's schedule looking like??

Im bringing my video camera and a few friends along. My Z is going to be packed lol. Im driving down from VA threw NC to get there it is probably the best route for me since it's only 7 hr's, I am hoping that we can all meet up (North East ppl) somewhere along the way, one of the best things about cruise's is the drive there. I have to get the Z into the shop when i get home i still have a god awful amount of aftermarket things that need to be installed to make me happy. This will give me a great chance to test out my new KYB AGX+Tein shock's/springs combo on the Z. With strut bars and few other mods this should be a great couple of days. If anyone plains on going threw VA please send me a message so I can plain on meeting you all somewhere. Lol this is my vacation so i am going to fully enjoy this. Im glad to see that there is going to be a good turn out *hopefully* and i am making it back in plenty of time to finish the work on the Z.

Thanks again Sil for this great opportunity to share our passion's together. Can't wait to thank you in person.

jgauspohl -
Yeah def come through.
A month should be enough time.
Sat will be the day to come down.
We'll be doing a Swap meet on Sat during the BBQ, so bring all your stuff.

BCC93QT -
The Q will definitely be the biggest Nissan/Infiniti up there.
You ever see the Q with the RB25 in it?

Morb-
No problem!!! Thank
Bring out the cams!!!!
We gotta get lots of pics and vids.
I'm running AGX's and Eibach Prokits with Suspension Techniques Sways.
The Sways made a HUGE difference.

So what is the majority of folks driving and what type of brake setups? 300zx setups or what? I can bring brake pads but need to know what for specifically.

the dragon sucks in peak season. I shot it many times on bikes and cars. Its so overrun with LEO's now that it really takes the fun out of it for me. Many of the roads surrounding "the dragon" are way better and much less patrolled. Just sayin

It will be a great meet though assuming everyone doesnt get arrested

Slahgithor- are you coming? Did you book your hotel already?
Love the name. LOL that's my favorite show.

Red-det
I would only assume that everyone is running the z32 brakes.
Its the most common brake swap.
Then comes the Q45 brakes.
But I don't really know for sure.

Koshin
Are you coming out??

Yeah ill just have my gf bake a cake with a couple files and hacksaws in it. LOL
