Knoxvillenismo- you gonna have time to get the S14 ready?

Bring whatever you want??
I don't cook very well, so I was thinking burgers and hot dogs.
But if your gonna throwdown like BobbyFlay bring out the ribs and chicken etc.

Also anyone interested in dinner at the Mountview Bistro??
http://www.fontanavillage.com/dining/mountview_bistro

Anyone bringing a CB Radio??
Remember there is NO cell service up there.
Only Verizon service at the hotel.

I'm looking forward to this, it's coming up fast!

I'm working on getting my Y-pipe on right now and just got that damn cat off...what a job that was!! I'm also going to install my urethane motor mount as I finish the Y pipe after work tomorrow, can't wait!

Edit> I got the Y-pipe on, but it's horrible! I never imagined my car would be this much louder, it's just ridiculous. I like the performance gain for sure, but the noise is too much and it sounds like one of the older GM V6's (like a Beretta or Grand Prix) that had the obnoxiously loud mufflers.

I need something in between my stock setup and this.

It depends where you are planning to go, but since you are joining up with us a little later in the day it would be best for you to come in on 28 to go right to the Dragon and Fontana, call before you get too far off of I-40 or you will lose your signal for good and then you won't know what the hell is going on!! :chuckle:

Thanks for a great meet, my brother and I had a great time hitting the Hellbender and the Skyway on Saturday afternoon with you guys after the cookout and getting to hang with some of you.

We waited on the Dragon Saturday, it was nuts at that time of day and we appreciated the escort back to Robbinsville, we kept up as best we could with our "family sedans" LOL!!

Today my brother and I hit the Dragon at about 8:30 am after some breakfast and had a damn good time!! Very light traffic, no PoPo's, and no fog meant we hit it hard right away, down and back. We thought about doing another run but the traffic was already picking up and we decided to call it and go hit the Hellbender on the way out to 74 for the 5 1/2 hour trip back..it's good to live close by.

Thanks again for a great meet.

Tom (red Maxima) and Jay (grey Altima) shown above in the third pic.

It was a great time , I think the guys that had car issues even had a good time. How bout that "dragon"? Hey Tom I passed you as I was heading out Sunday morning. It was like "nico-row" on Cheoah rd. I think we occupied 5 of 8 cabins on that street, not to mention all the other cabins/lodge folks . For the first annual meet(thumbs up). I can see the second one bumping it up a notch. We'll have to start planning earlier, hats off to Sil (Brian) for getting all this together, and to Ricky...a true class act, your contributions did not go unnoticed. Thanks for a very nice meet, the weather aided in a big way for this success as well. Can't wait to see some pics/ vids .
