Yello!

So - I was wondering - is there way for enthusiasts to find/check/see changelogs for firmware updates in Rogues (I am interested in T32 and T33) - like ecu, infotainment, ipdm, tcu, abs...
and firmwares themselves? I am guessing that current firmwares all are online, but older ones(T32) might be available offline, inConsult or something?

The only ones which are owner-updatable are the AV Units (infotainment) and only if they have WiFi. Your T33 can definitely do over-the-air update (OTA) either automatically or manually, depending how you configure it. Your '14 T32 definitely can't. There are two bulletins for updates, depending whether you have a navi or not:

If it's a navi, there are downloadable copies of the D407 files kicking around on the internet, you might be able to google something.

For anything besides the AV, you're basically SOL. Nissan doesn't even publish a software list for us techs. The only way I can tell you if there's an update is to hook up a Consult and attempt an update. If it shows nothing available, then it's current. On your T33 it's even more mysterious because the Consult doesn't even possess the files, they come down straight from the cloud.

this attitude... just blows my mind. why? how? :D

I was more thinking like - are there any bad firmware versions, have they been fixed etc... but looks like they just try to sweep it under the rug :(

When there's bad firmware in a critical system, it always gets fixed by a bulletin or recall. That includes pretty much all the motive and safety systems in the car, ECM, TCM, ABS, AWD, ADAS, Airbag, Radars. They're very diligent about that, and as an owner you can access all those bulletins via NHTSA. If there's no bulletin then chances are the software you have is fine even if it isn't the latest. The ones which make me nuts are instances like the HVAC firmware in your '14, which had some obvious deficiencies in the way it split the airflow on 10% or so of the cars, BUT, the unit wasn't CAN-reprogrammable. So even if I wanted to do something for you, I couldn't because it wasn't fixable. We actually had a couple of buybacks over that. Silly but true.

I guess I am dumb - all I can find is like persons complaining on something and recalls... are those bulletins hidden somewhere or named strangely?!

You're not dumb, the NHTSA website just isn't easy to navigate. Your best bet is usually to use a site like CarComplaints or TrueDelta to identify bulletins you might be interested in, then google the bulletin number to pull up a PDF from NHTSA. I count 134 current bulletins in ASIST applicable to your '14 Rogue, and that's pretty typical for a 10 year old model. Of course most of them aren't for reprogramming, but you get the idea. The sheer volume is a little overwhelming.

These are the ones I see for your '14 that may require a repro of one sort or another:
NTB13-085
NTB15-011
NTB16-121
NTB13-054
NTB18-050
NTB16-052

These are the ones I see for your '23:
