So today I decide to tackle the Tein S.tech lowering springs. I started at about 11:30 a.m. The fronts took a good bit of time because I couldn't get the struts out, so I compressed the spring while it was still mounted.

before springs about 4" gap all the way around
Unbolted the top nut and wiggle the spring out . Tein spring slipped right in without compressing them.

Now the fronts have about a 2.5" gap
Then I got to the rear springs. They were even worse since I could get the rear struts out either. Getting the spring compressors in the tight space to work properly was a pain.

I ended up unbolting the top on the rear spindle to give me more room to work with. Then I had to pry the spring out which then dropped the top of the strut. Once that was done the Tein springs went in smoothly.

I finished this at 12:00 a.m. what a pain. Would have been so much easier if I could have taken the struts out.
I will take pics later of the new ride height just extremely tired now 12 straight hours for a small satisfaction.
