So after a year of looking at my Eibach Prokit springs sitting in the garage, I finally decided to install them. A friend of mine just got a lift, so that made things much easier and erased all my excuses for procrastinating. Overall, I'm very happy with the appearance. It's exactly what I wanted, low enough to reduce the unsightly fender gap, but not slammed to the point of looking like a boy racer's car. Subtle, but noticeable. The ride is a bit firmer than the stock springs, but not jarring or uncomfortable at all. The road feel is much improved, and I was able to feel much less body roll even in slow turns. I can't speak to the performance handling yet because (as you can tell from the after picture) it was raining yesterday, and is again today. Once I get some dry roads, I'll test the car out in the twisties and follow up with my impressions.

But for now, here's a quick before and after pic...

Yeah, that looks great. Subtle but enough that it counts. I have the same stock set up as yours and am wondering if you can go into details about the ride quality. My 08 has 20k on it and there's very little roll and the ride is great while still feeling quite sporty. How MUCH firmer if you could guess in percentages?

No sport package, although it probably handles nearly as well as a G37S now.

I'm very happy with the new springs. Overall, the car probably rides about 20% rougher over bumps, but the extra feedback is sporty, not uncomfortable. I'm pleased with the shorter rebounding over dips in the road, and the car is remarkably flat in the turns. Even though it didn't lean as much as most cars do, hard turns were not exactly confidence inspiring with the stock setup due to all the quirky twitching and sliding from the rear end. The car is now rock solid and nearly neutral with a slight bias toward understeer that can be easily corrected with light throttle input. While I wouldn't recommend this upgrade for someone overly concerned with ride comfort, I can say that the 20% reduction in ride softness has yielded a 75% improvement in the fun factor around turns and a 100% improvement in appearance!
