Hey WD. I'd like to post the sheet but still have yet to get it scanned and nowhere to host. So I'll describe it best I can.

For Torque it starts at 140ft/lbs and around 2300rpm it climbs rapidly to the 186.8ft/lb peak at around 3300. It dosen't hold at peak tq for long, it starts to drop slowly right away. It drops back to 180ft/lbs at 4000rpm. It gradually drops off from there to about 130ft/lbs at 6100rpm.

Hp climbs slowly and pretty evenly from 52 at 2000rpm to 161 at 5200rpm. It drops down to about 152 at 6100rpm.

My A/F graph is a little harder to describe. It begins high at 12.6 around 2000rpm and zig-zags a little down to below 12 at 3500, then it drops to 11.6 around 4400 rpm. It fluctuates from there on but stays about 11.8.

My EGT's never went above 1100(taken post turbine) during the tests. Although it stays around 12-1250 when driving normally.

We did get a little knock in the 4th pull at about 4000rpm but we let it cool down for a couple of minutes and he made it a little richer near 4k.

As far as the condition of the motor before I put on the turbo, I think it was running pretty strong. I replaced the timing chain and all head parts except the cam about 6 months ago. The compression has been at 160psi since I got the car 4 years ago. It has idled rough since I put in the larger injectors. It was a little faster than my wife's 2k integra, although that isn't really saying much since my accord is faster than her car too.

OK, you've probably repeated this 100 times already, but I need to knowexactly what you've done. Just a list of all the mods from plugs to turbo, piping sizes and manifold brand. What kind of fuel management are you using and so on. I think you have a problem somewhere. Of course, I'd also like to know exactly what boost your running, is it 5 or 7 psi. There's a 20-25 hp difference there.

I have a log style manifold, with the ct26, 2.5"exhaust, cone air filter with pull through mafs setup, a generic recirculating BOV, it's run in 2" pipe through a starion I/C, I've got 460cc injectors with a SAFC II, Walbro fuel pump, 7mm wire set w/ NGK BCPR7ES gapped to .032. As for boost, there is some discrepancy there. My gauge showed 7 while the computer at the dyno said 5.5. I am using the internal wastegate on the ct26 set to whatever the stock pressure is if that helps. Oh yeah, and I've got a manual transmission.

Those are some big injectors for that little amount of boost. I wonder if the spray pattern is sloppy. To low of a duty cycle will just kinda spit fuel in rather then a fine mist. I don't know if a SAFC will trim it enough. Although your A?F levels don't look to bad. Aslong as you stay under 12.5 when the motor is on boost. 12.7 is where I run at to make alot of power, but I have also swapped out many a blown motor.

I would run through every vacuum line on the motor and install a new tie strap on each one. Assuming they are in good shape and not dry rotted anywhere .032 seems to be a big gap. But I'm used to metric now. So I would run .9mm's.

Make sure your ignition system is running at 100%. If you can't find anything after that. I'd start looking at the turbo itself. I'll think about it some more.

Oh, what timing are you running? Stock or retarded??

I went with the big injectors because I want to be able to run 10-12 lbs of boost in the future. .032 is pretty small gap, stock is .044. I've got the timing at 14 degrees btdc, 15 is stock. I just replaced the cap and rotor tonight actually. Weren't bad, just changed them to make myself feel better. I was thinking about getting a MSD coil. Would it be worth it? I've replaced most of the hoses on the motor. I'll double check them tomorrow.

Well, I checked the motor over pretty well and couldn't find anything. Was trying to fix that damn oil leak. The turbo drain leaks where it connects to the oil pan. Will probably have to pull the oil pan and change the flare fitting on it. What a ***** that is.

I did notice today while I was trying to egg this guy in a 300Z on, that the boost is still inconsistent. Thought this problem was gone. Sometimes when I jump on the gas hard, boost jumps to 5 and holds. It will always go to 7 though, if I am not flooring it and accelerating in a high gear.
