Bought myself a vinyl cutter for some personal projects & figured I'd make these for the guys who have been asking.

I got permission from Greg to post these. Took a while to get the decals traced into vector format, then a ton longer to "weed" out the stickers. Keep in mind, these aren't 100% perfectly straight decals - the little rectangles are a pain in the a** to line up correctly.

Pricing:

- $12 shipped per pair of "LIMITED EDITION" decals.- add $3 if you want the "TURBO" decals as well - I made that one just for fun.

or

- "TURBO" portion alone can be done for $5 shipped.

Trying to keep these cheap, so for now, they will be sent via regular mail w/ a piece of cardboard/something stiff to help keep them straight. If this becomes an issue, I'll send them via a different method & up the price for the decals.

If you know of a good/cheap alternative way to ship them, please let me know.

Colors available:- White- Ivory (off-white/almost tan color)- Black- Blue- Green- Red- Orange- Purple- Faded Silverish- Faded Goldish

Black shown below because white doesn't come up so well:

I'm still perfecting how to get these decals to come out cleaner, but I'm pretty limited by the tools I have available.

For now, there will be no "black moulding" strips offered. If enough people want it, I'll measure and run a set - I have no clue how well these will turn out though.

Installed pics (this is the bigger version - sorry, they are a lil crooked - that's installer error):

Looks great! Is it possible to get just the Turbo portion?

Cool. Will get with you when I get closer to painting mine.

Are you cutting them just as letters or can you do them reverse where the outline fills the sections behind the doors and creates the letters by what is cut out.

Just as letters. Cutting them out in reverse would be even more of a pain in the a** - that, and I don't think the vinyl would match the existing moulding that well. Of course, if there are some people interested, I'll test it out & see how it looks.

I might test it out anyway, it's a good idea.

That's what I would prefer. I would just remove all of the other moulding/tape and just have that vinyl piece behind the doors.

What do you mean by "behind the doors"?

Nice! They look great! I'll be getting a set from you after my next paycheck.

I'm sure he means that he will take all the accent stripes off but just leave or rather replace just the accent stripe between the door and the rear wheel well.

Ahhh gotcha, for some reason it just didnt click for me.lol

Will the "Limited Edition Turbo" fit in the stock location? Seems like it would be to long.Ill more then likely being buying a set in the future if the whole sentence will fit behind the door.

Also,i know these are new but does anybody have pics of them yet on there car?

Yes, the TURBO was meant just for fun & should be placed anywhere (door, front fender, etc).

I updated the first post w/ some installed pics - please note the stickers were installed totally crooked (I just did it a few minutes ago w/ little to no light, haha).

I'll try to get a better install/pic when I have some time this weekend.

Thanks,QV

Looks like they need to be a little taller and longer to fit OEM size.

It's about 1/2" tall, looks right to me - but it's been a while since I've had my original limited edition decal. I think it probably looks small because of the missing black trim piece behind it.

Anyone have exact dimensions?

They fill up that whole 'indented' section of the body and run the full lenth from door to rear wheel well.

Later in the week I can get pics/measurements of the stock piece if needed.

Email me back on these again whenever you get a silver one ready. Maybe post on here as well as my email gets full of spam it's hard to find the emails I actually want to read sometime.

Are these decals still available?
The post is from 2009.
I have a 240sz convertible that I'm painting this winter and
I would like to put the original decals back on the side panels.
Also there are decals on the trunk lid (240SX), (SE) and (Limited) there also.
