Well guys, it's that time again, a new issue of Project ActiveTuning

This time we do the entire sound system. I actually split it up into three seperate issues:

- Part 1: Headunit & XM Radio- Part 2: Speakers- Part 3: Amps/Amp Rack/Fiberglassed Sub Enclosure

The issues include over 100 pictures, and DETAILED how-to's for installing all of the above things. So, even if you aren't trying to fiberglass a system in your car, but just want to learn how to install a headunit or speakers, read the issues!

Anyways, check them out, and let me know your thoughts.

Weighs about 150lbs. Sounds awesome for 1 12" sub. But yeah, being a hatch definitely helps ;)

doesn't look too bad.

how much weight did it add and how does it sound?

I'm betting sound is really goo in the Z due to the big glass in back.

damn, that's way too much weight though...

btw, I'm more of a go then show.

150 extra pounds isn't gonna help in the go department:D It does look really good and matches the paint though.

Well it might throw off the 48/52 weight of the 350z a bit but as far as straight line speed the extra 150lbs over the rear tires might help.

Looks to be more of a Show car with lots of Go power.

Looks great and I love the color.;)
